Job description

As a Sales Director at Authenteq, you will be on the front lines of our business on a daily basis. You understand the importance of identity and have a good understanding of technology; You listen and understand the needs of prospects and clients and you are always hungry to grow and learn more. You employ a consultative sales approach to deliver results. Experience managing the entire Sales Process from end-to-end is mandatory. You are creative and thoughtful in your outreach to generate leads. 

We are looking for someone who is driven and determined to move deals through the pipeline and deliver solutions to your clients. Executive who is skilled in asking for the business and closing the deal would be an ideal candidate. You have impressive Technology and SaaS sales experience working with both startups and the enterprise. You are a team player, a self starter, and you are eager to solve problems. Most importantly, You represent the Authenteq brand with a high degree of integrity in every interaction. At first, this job would be solely commission-based, but could eventually include a competitive base salary.

Job requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and build out a Sales Strategy for new markets
  • Develop a deep knowledge of competitors and the industry
  • Help define the sales strategy of the company
  • Work closely with product and development teams to provide product and feature input based on direct market feedback
  • Generate demand and leads from high activity outbound prospecting
  • Nurture inbound leads and move them through the sales funnel
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed an annual sales quota of more than €1M

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 5+ Years in Technology and/or SaaS role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ideally you have experience working with Identity and/or Security solutions
  • Fluent English (best: native English speaker)
  • Prioritize and manage time to deliver results and achieve monthly targets
  • Experience in building and managing a sales territory
  • Experience in accurate sales forecasting

This is a remote position with a focus on the American market.
